Passage is a new organization dedicated to helping children
travel to and from school safely. The program is a collaborative
effort between The School District of Lancaster, The Lancaster
City Police Department, Lancaster Community Safety Coalition,
and The Lancaster Campaign. Click

Book Challenge
- Read with children
- in the schools
- in a daycare center
- in your neighborhood
- through community recreation center
- through the HOSTS program, a national
reading mentor system in the elementary schools
in the School District of Lancaster

Book
Challenge
- Give recommended books to Lancaster Day Care, Community
Action Program, Boys/Girls Clubs, and other preschool
and childcare centers. Donate monetary contributions
to The Lancaster Campaign to be used to buy library quality
bound books for the 13 elementary schools in the School
District of Lancaster.

funds donated to The Book Challenge. All funds
contributed are used 100% for the purchase of books.
